At Clutches & Quivers, we want you to absolutely love your bag. If for any reason you don't, we've made returns simple, fair, and stress-free.

Return Window — 10 Days

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. No questions asked.

What Can Be Returned

✅ Items in original, unused condition with all tags attached ✅ Items in their original packaging ✅ Items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect

❌ Items showing signs of use, stains, or damage caused after delivery ❌ Items returned without original packaging or tags

How to Initiate a Return

1. WhatsApp us at +91 8167345717 or email clutches.quivers@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery
2. Share your order number and reason for return (a photo helps speed things up)
3. We'll confirm within 24 hours and share pickup details
4. Our courier partner picks up from your doorstep — free of charge

Refund Process

Prepaid orders: refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD/Partial COD orders: refund via bank transfer or UPI. You'll get an email once processed.
