Return & Refund Policy – Clutches & Quivers

We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or refund.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • It must have all original tags and packaging intact

  • You must have proof of purchase (order ID / invoice)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the product.


Damaged or Wrong Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at clutches.quivers@gmail.com or 7908316600 so we can resolve the issue swiftly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Products showing signs of use or damage after delivery


Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned item reaches our hub and passes quality inspection.

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
